LESSON – 1
GOD CREATED
ADAM AND EVE
God is the creator of everything we see in this world. In the first five days, God created day and night, the beautiful blue sky, oceans, rivers and lakes, and the grass, plants and trees, the sun, moon and stars and the birds and the fish. God saw that all He had made was good.
On the sixth day, God commanded the earth to bring
forth every kind of cattle and animal imaginable. Immediately the earth brought
forth animals of every kind! Then God spoke again and said, "Let us make
man in our image and let man rule over the fish in the sea, and the birds in
the air, and the animals on the land." That’s how God created the very
first man.
God shaped man out of the dust on the ground. Then
God breathed His own breath right into that first man's nose, and the first man
came alive. God named this very first man ''Adam''. By the seventh day, God
ended His work and rested. God blessed the seventh day and made it Holy.
