JOSEPH AND HIS COLOURFUL COAT
Joseph lived in a place called Canaan
with his father and 11 brothers. They were shepherds. Joseph too went along
with his brothers to herd sheep. Joseph feared God and always wanted to do what
was right.
Joseph’s
father Jacob loved him very much. and made a special colorful coat for him. This
coat is actually like a robe worn by children in the Middle eastern countries called
as Thawb or Thob. It must have been really beautiful that it is particularly
mentioned in the Holy Bible.
Can you name few special things your parents
have bought for you? We must be thankful for our parents, who love us and take
care of us.
